      <description><![CDATA[<p>Eugene from Clinton, Michigan, United States made available these photos of his <strong>1948 Harley Model FL Panhead Bobber</strong>. </p>
<p>Eugene: "This bike was bought in Florida as a <strong>basket case</strong> a few years ago. She has been converted to 12 volt system with all new wiring, battery, horn, and lights. The speedo, o-ring chain, front and rear brakes are new. New 21" front and 16" rear tires, 3" risers, 12" high rise bars, 4" over fork tubes." </p>
